MotTune 利用規約 / Terms of Use

本規約は、MotTune（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 取り込むコンテンツについて

本アプリで取り込む音楽ファイルは、ユーザー自身が適法に所有・入手したファイルを、私的使用の範囲で利用してください。処理はすべて端末内で行われます。作成した音源を公開・配信する場合の権利処理（原曲の著作権・原盤権等）は、ユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、法令で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。

5. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更はアプリまたは配布サイト上で告知します。

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MotTune ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

2. Imported Content

Import only music files that you lawfully own or have obtained, for personal use. All processing happens on your device. You are solely responsible for clearing any rights (copyright, master rights, etc.) before publishing or distributing audio created with the App.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The free plan allows importing up to 2 songs in total (imported songs keep full functionality).
"MotTune Premium" (monthly/yearly) is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
No charge applies if you cancel during the yearly plan's free trial.
"Lifetime Unlock" is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase.
Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on the distribution site.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
